Our purpose

Walking with people toward lasting restoration.

KMG Ministries is a faith-based nonprofit headquartered in Houston, Texas, serving individuals and families navigating severe life transitions, incarceration, addiction, and socio-economic hardship.

We provide spiritual discipleship, structured mentorship, reentry support, and neighborhood outreach designed to restore hope, rebuild futures, and create lasting new beginnings.

KMG

Our founding story

Born from a journey of redemption.

Born in Lake Jackson and raised in Houston, Founder and Executive Director Kevin M. Gladney carries a personal passion for serving people overcoming adversity. Inspired by his own journey of faith, redemption, and transformation, Kevin established KMG Ministries to offer the structure, spiritual guidance, and genuine accountability that help people build forward with purpose.

Our four core pillars

The commitments that guide our work.

Our ministry combines gospel-centered spiritual growth with practical, hands-on reentry, mentorship, and neighborhood outreach.

01

Reentry Support & Accountability

Walking alongside formerly incarcerated individuals with step-by-step guidance, work clothing, bus passes, state ID assistance, employment connections, and long-term mentorship.

02

Faith & Spiritual Growth

Guiding individuals toward spiritual restoration through small-group discipleship, prayer support, personal appointments, and biblical teaching.

03

Youth & Next-Gen Mentorship

Investing in young people navigating adversity through structured mentorship, leadership workshops, positive role modeling, and life-skills coaching.

04

Community Outreach & Pen Pal Ministry

Serving local neighborhoods through practical support drives and connecting with current inmates nationwide through a gospel-centered pen-pal network.

Our faith & vision

Every person deserves a pathway to restoration through Jesus Christ.

Grounded in 2 Corinthians 5:17, we believe old cycles can be broken and new life can begin. Our vision is a nationwide outreach network where restored people become restorers and strong community partnerships turn faith into action.
